RM 380 - Weekdays
RM 450 - Weekend (friday & saturday), the day n                  before Public Holidays

 (Market Rate is between RM 450 to RM 500)

* FYI, this Villa had become one of the location for filming a TV Shows for this coming Ramadhan Month (2013). One of the actor which I met & was here is Abg Zaibo.


Conditions of Stay/Tenant
~CONDITIONS OF STAY / TENANT~
1. Taking care of cleanliness & the harmony of surrounding neighbourhood
2. NO Pets & NON-HALAL foods/drinks allowed inside the house
3. NOT more than 14 persons including children 
( RM10 per person applies for 15 persons and above)

**For booking confirmation, upfront deposit of RM 90 per night or RM 180 for 2 nights and vice versa is required. NO refund for cancellation 7 days before the arrival date. Your booking shall be accepted and recorded once confirmation received with payment. This is to ensure your booking is reserved until your arrival. Balance of the payment must be made in CASH upon check in/arrival.
